Sara Sasse, LMT and Advanced Aesthetician has been practicing for over 40 years. With a deep passion for Lomi Lomi massage, Sara gained extensive experience during her time in the Hawaiian islands and her attendance at massage school on Maui.  Since 1998, she has also been dedicated to working with lasers and advanced Aesthetics for hair removal and skin rejuvenation. Sara's commitment to health and natural beauty is evident in her ongoing pursuit of knowledge through continuing education. She specializes in CoolSculpting, Skin Tightening with BBL lasers, Microneedling with both SkinPen and Scarlet SRF.  Sara has a passion for Prenatal Massage. Her Prenatal Massage is Lomi Lomi style preformed on a zero-gravity massage table for ultimate comfort. As a native Oregonian, she cherishes the beauty of Portland and the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Spa Sassé reserves the right to amend any appointments scheduled online. The price for medical services may be different than what is listed on the appointment due to treatment goals.  If you have any questions regarding your service, please call or text at 503-228-8266.  Please be aware, we are no longer accepting cash as a form of payment when checking out.  Thank you!

Treatments are always in progress at Spa Sassé. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early, allowing you time to check-in, fill out paperwork if you haven't already online, and unwind. Please silence your cell phones, and lower voices to ensure all guests have a quiet, relaxed spa environment.

 

When booking your appointment, notify our staff of:

  • Known allergies

  • Special health care needs/concerns

  • Mobility issues: If you have trouble using steps, we do have an elevator but need to be informed at arrival so we can lead you.

  • If pregnant please Advise how far along

  • Requested Spa Provider and/or treatment requests.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?  We will do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. Please call us and let us know if you will be late so we can better assist. As we have a busy schedule and other guests following your appointment, if you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding.

Product & Service Returns/Exchanges:

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. In the unlikely event you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We accept returns for unopened and unused merchandise 7 days after purchase for exchange only, Sorry no refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We have reserved a dedicated time for your visit. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. We have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy that requires a credit card to reserve our time, to ensure optimal scheduling for our clients and being respectful to our staff. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following policy:

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges or penalties.

 

Cancellations, No-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service(s) scheduled. No-shows for complimentary or follow-up appointments will incur a $50 charge.

 

Any changes to your appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling requests, must be made by contacting our spa directly via online, phone, text, or email.
