We reserve dedicated time for every guest. Here's what to know about cancelling, rescheduling, or running late for your appointment.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We have reserved a dedicated time for your visit. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. We have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy that requires a credit card to reserve our time, to ensure optimal scheduling for our clients and to be respectful of our staff. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following policy.

Cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service(s) scheduled

No-show for a complimentary or follow-up appointment

$50 charge

Any changes to your appointment — including cancellations or rescheduling requests — must be made by contacting our spa directly online, by phone, by text, or by email.

By booking an appointment with Spa Sassé, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Running Late

We will do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. Please call us if you know you'll be late so we can better assist. Because we keep a busy schedule with other guests following your appointment, a late arrival may mean your service is shortened to stay on time. Thank you for your understanding.

Spa Parties & Group Events

We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to group appointments to get settled in, complete paperwork, enjoy snacks and drinks, and change into robes if required. A credit card is required to hold group appointments, and we require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling.

A 20% gratuity is added automatically for parties of 6 or more.

Product & Service Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. If you're ever unsatisfied with a purchase, please let us know right away.

  • Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange only — sorry, no refunds.

  • Treatments, packages, and procedures are non-refundable.

If you're dissatisfied with a service, please tell us — we want to make it right.
