Spa Attendant

Responsibilities:
🌿 Cleaning and Maintenance:
Ensure the spa premises are impeccably clean and well-maintained at all times.
Perform regular cleaning duties in treatment rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and changing areas.
🌟 Guest Services:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
🧹 Laundry Management:
Handle the collection, washing, and folding of spa linens and towels.
Ensure an adequate supply of clean linens for treatments and services.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly replenish as needed.
🌈 Team Collaboration:
Work cooperatively with other spa staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with the management team regarding maintenance needs.
Contribute to the overall positive and welcoming atmosphere of the spa.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with good communication skills.
