Massage Therapist, LMT

We are looking for a new team member, licensed in Massage Therapy.


Responsibilities:

👐 Massage Therapy:

  • Provide expert massage therapy services tailored to clients' needs.

  • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.

  • Stay informed about the latest massage therapy trends and techniques.

🌺 Client Interaction:

  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs.

  • Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and self-care practices.

  • Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

🌿 Wellness Advocacy:

  • Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create holistic treatment plans.

  • Assisting other therapists in treatment setup/clean-up

  • Promote a culture of wellness and self-care within the community.

  • Stay current on industry developments and share knowledge with colleagues.

🌟 Hygiene and Professionalism:

  • Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized massage therapy space.

  • Help with laundry and light housekeeping

  • Uphold a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.

  • Proven experience in providing massage therapy services.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Compensation: DOE bonus hourly for hands on service, hourly for hands off time, and provider recives 100% of their tip. Opportunity for raise after completion of Introductory Period and 90 Day Review. Eligibility for benefits after completion of 90 Day Introductory Period for full-time employees. Pay period runs the 1st-15th and 16th- end of each month, and pay day is 5th and 20th of the month.
