Spa Sassé (pronounced "Spa Sassay") is known as Portland's innovative leader in providing cutting edge services, being the first completely full service spa, medispa & salon in Portland, the first to offer couples massage and couples spa days, and the first spa to offer laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and laser tattoo removal.

"Portland’s best kept secret", we are hard to find.  Our entrance is small, as we’ve hidden our exclusive, spacious 5,000 square foot facility in a private, beautifully transformed subterranean oasis at 630 SW Alder, just one block North of Pioneer Square and Nordstroms, downtown Portland.  We are a nucleus closely surrounded by Portland's finest hotels, restaurants, theatres and shopping. You’ll see our street level entrance at 630 SW Alder, between Rite Aid and The Sunglass Hut, between Sixth and Broadway on Alder. Look for the black awning with little white lights, and large urn planters on either side of our front doors.

Spa Sassé is home of the Crescendo - our signature spa treatment!  We are also the creator of shesaDISH Bath and Body Indulgences.

Following are a few pointers to ensure an enjoyable, stress-free visit to Spa Sassé.

Out of courtesy to our therapists and clients who wish for an earlier appointment, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or we, unfortunately, will have to charge in full for the appointment. All Spa appointments must be secured with a credit card number.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before appointment time to finish paper work, check out a robe* and begin to relax with a juice or tea. Any late arrivals will only be treated for the duration of booked appointment time and will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
*Robes are provided for multiple treatments, wet treatments and upon request.

Parking: We recommend parking at Star Park, a twelve story parking stucture located directly across the street from our entrance on Alder Street.

Your personal comfort is important. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or to wear undergarments for Spa Treatments, if you prefer. We provide robes and sandals for your use in the Spa, and we furnish garment bags for your personal belongings. Waffle weave robes are usually provided, however, larger polar fleece robes are available upon request. Please leave all valuable items at home. Spa Sasse’ will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Our team of professionals are here to make sure every guest is comfortable and receives the utmost in Spa and Salon services. Please request a male or female staff member if this is a concern for you.

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of others, please leave little ones at home unless they have an appointment time.

Once in the treatment area all cellular phones and pagers must be turned off. Phone calls can be received and returned at the front reception area.

We welcome product returns! Bring product back with in 30 days of purchase at least 85% full and an in store credit will be issued.
