Front Desk Coordinator
Spa Sassé is located in the heart of downtown Portland and combines talented providers with cutting-edge aesthetic techniques and services. Our spa has been owned and operated here in Downtown Portland for over 40 years. We employ licensed massage therapists, estheticians, advanced aestheticians, nail technicians, registered nurses, and a Medical Director to provide a wide range of treatments including: laser treatment, CoolSculpting, Hydrafacial, Microcurent, PDO threads, botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, customized facials, and customized massages. Our team is close-knit and works together each day to make all guest visits exceptional in every way.
As the face of the spa, you will be interacting daily with clients and keeping our operations running smoothly throughout the day. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to make our clients happy, and form long-lasting relationships with many of our loyal patrons. We help guests celebrate birthdays, bridal showers, and anniversaries. We help spouses surprise one another with spa days, and we have made countless guest’s first massage experiences positive and memorable. As our client coordinator, you are key in making all of this happen!
You will be communicating with clients to answer questions, confirm appointments, and schedule visits. It will be your responsibility to facilitate check-ins and check-outs, using our scheduling software to facilitate transactions and create new appointments throughout the day. You will ensure that guests are comfortable throughout their stay, offering refreshments and spa attire. You will also keep our front-of-house clean, organized and beautiful!
Most importantly, you’ll be joining a team of experienced and passionate professionals who are excellent at what they do. You will have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills in communication, marketing, hospitality, electronic health records, conflict resolution, and so much more!
