These are certainly challenging and unprecedented times we’re facing, with many unknowns ahead. Every day the CDC and public health officials recommend or impose stricter guidance to lessen the spread of COVID-19. We are closely tracking the rapidly evolving guidelines with the aim of keeping our staff, members and guests up-to-date, and we recognize how unsettling this situation is for all of you.
We choose to be part of the solution and do no harm. At this time, we believe the best way that we can contribute to the solution is by only practicing massage that is medically necessary and by supporting the recent federal guidelines as outlined in the 15 Days to Slow the Spread initiative thru at least March 31.
For this reason, We are not taking any new appointments unless they are medical in nature until Friday, April 3, 2020.
We are using the closed time for a thorough deep-cleaning and sanitization of every inch of the spa.

At Spa Sasse' your wellbeing is the highest priority. With growing concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to share some of the steps we take every single day to keep members, guests, and employees happy and healthy.
Being in the wellness industry we have always been very adamant in our cleaning/sanitizing routine as follows:
After every session, linens are removed and replaced in the treatment room. This includes all sheets, towels, robes and head rest covers. Clean linens and robes are stored in closed cabinetry. Spa sandals are soaked in disinfectant after each use.
Lotion bottles, skin care product bottles, and equipment are wiped down with disinfectant. Implements are soaked in hospital grade disinfectant between use. Many items that we use are sterile, for one-time use then disposed of.
Objects that are frequently handled, such as phones, keyboards, toilets, door handles, massage stools and tables, counter tops, and cabinets are regularly cleaned with disinfectant.
Employees must thoroughly wash their hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds before and after touching guests or members, before touching clean linens, and after visiting the bathroom.
Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are available throughout the spa for everyone's use.
Our staff is not allowed to come to work sick or exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness.
Likewise, if a member or guest with upcoming appointment is not feeling well, has a fever, or cough, please give us a call and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
What we will be doing new when we re-open in addition to the above:
We are increasing sanitizing general surfaces throughout the spa including door handles, etc. to ongoing throughout each day.
We are offering to wearing face masks when in close proximity for everyone's protection and peace of mind.
We are waiving short notice cancellation fees due to Covid-19.
We are taking the temperature of all employees prior to their work shift. Anyone will an elevated temperature will be sent home.
We use disposable cups and offer individually wrapped treats such as power bars and cookies to our guests.
Finally, we will continue to closely monitor this developing situation.
