If you are sick, feel sick, or have been exposed to anyone who is ill or has flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms, please stay at home. We will gladly reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 14 days after you recover. We have relaxed cancellation policies due to COVID-19, but we will still charge for no-shows, no-calls so please be courteous and let us know if you need to cancel.
Appointments must be booked online. The front door will be locked to prevent walk-ins. Please fill out your intake form online, arrive just 5 minutes early, and call 503-228-8266 when you arrive at the front door and we will open the door for you. We will immediately take your temperature with a touchless thermometer. Guests and staff must wear a mask or face covering in order to enter the spa.
You will be asked to wash your hands prior to your service, and will be asked to follow strict social distancing guidelines. There will be some one-way paths including entry and exiting the spa.
There will be a minimum 25 minute gap between clients to allow for extra sanitizing protocols and to insure social distancing.
We will be charging an additional $8 fee on all appointments for the additional sanitizing, time allowance and PPE.
