What is the Covid-19 situation like?

As everywhere around the world, the situation is changing quickly. Therefore it is best to look at official resources. This official website of the Canary Islands usually is very up to date.

What happens if I cannot travel because of Covid19?

In case you are not being able to arrive because of COVID19 related issues (cancelled flights, closed borders, sickness), we will issue you a voucher worth the total amount of your deposit and valid until December 31, 2022. It will be necessary to provide a document proving that your travel isn’t possible because of COVID19 related issues to get the voucher (flight cancellation email, medical certificate etc). Cancellations for any personal reason turn your deposit into non-refundable, either cash or voucher. For example, not being able to come because of the job resuming or new projects coming up after covid19 quietness is not considered as a legitimate reason for a voucher. Also, if at the moment of booking there are existing restrictions for travelling to Canary Islands from your country, it means that you are aware that you will have to self-isolate/do a test upon return and it cannot be used as a reason for cancellation later, unless the rules become stricter or countries close borders.
Example: if you are currently in country X that has the Canary Islands in a red list - you can travel but have to self-isolate for 2 weeks after - and you choose to proceed with the booking, this exact situation can not be used as a reason to cancel the trip and get a voucher later on.

Will prices change, once the situation is better?

Yes! We can offer you extremly good prices only during this situation. Unfortunately, when demand increases when countries around the world lift their travel ban, prices will have to be adjusted.


Can you arrange child care?

Yes! Let us know your specific requirements in the booking form. There are individual and group options available for children of varying ages.

Can I book a different duration apart from 2 weeks / 1 month / 2 months?

Yes! We can arrange anything between 2 weeks and 2 months. If you want to stay 6 weeks or 7 weeks, that is not a problem. Just let us know in the free field during booking.

How many desks are provided per apartment?

The following is the standard equipment: Apartments with 1 bedroom - 1 desk Apartments with 2 bedrooms - 2 desks We are very happy to add more desks, yet please keep in mind that the apartment will become quite cramped. So keep that in mind when requesting an additonal desk.

Are prices per person or per apartment?

Prices are per apartment.

How can I book?

Fill in the booking form with your requirements. We will then be in touch with the availability and further details. Once you confirm that, we send you a link to make a deposit. When you arrive in your apartment, you will be charged the remaining amount.

Will you arrange my flight and transportation for me?

Since we are not a tour opterator, we can't offer a full package deal.

Do you provide access to a coworking space?

Due to Covid-19 all coworking spaces in the Canary Islands open and close frequently. Therefore we can currently not provde you with an access pass. Yet, we do offer networking and community events with your neighbors from your apartment complex (*depending on the current situation).
