The following information is provided to help ensure a stress-free and pleasurable visit to Spa Sasse for you and all our clients. We're located at 630 SW Alder Street, Portland, Oregon. You can call us at 503.228.8266.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before appointment time to fill out necessary paper work, check out a robe and start your journey toward relaxation with complimentary juice or tea. Late arrivals will be treated for the remainder of booked appointment time and will incur the full booking fee.

PARKING
We recommend parking at Star Park, a twelve story parking stucture located directly across the street from our entrance on Alder Street.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING
Your personal comfort is important. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or to wear undergarments for Spa Treatments, if you prefer. We provide robes and sandals for your use in the Spa, and while we do furnish garment bags for your personal belongings, please leave all valuable items at home or locked in your car. Spa Sassé will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

MALE / FEMALE
Our team of professionals are here to make sure every guest is comfortable and receives the utmost in Spa and Salon services. Please request a male or female staff member if this is a concern for you.

CHILDREN
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of others, please leave little ones at home unless they have an appointment time.

CELL PHONES
Once in the treatment area all cellular phones and pagers must be turned off. Phone calls can be received and returned at the front reception area.

CANCELLATIONS
Out of courtesy to our therapists and to our clients seeking availabilies, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or we will charge in full for the appointment. All Spa appointments must be secured with a credit card number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We welcome product returns. Bring product back with in 30 days of purchase at least 85% full and we'll issue you an in-store credit. We will also gladly exchange product. We cannot, however, give cash refunds.

GROUPS
For groups of six or more, we offer special catering (hors d'oeuvres, wine, etc.) at no additional charge. Gratuities of 15% will be added to groups of four or more people.
